As all of our cupcakes are baked to order, to avoid disappointment please allow 5 days notice for ordering. Bespoke cupcake orders do require a minimum of 2 weeks. However, if you desperately require cakes at short notice we will do our best to help out, so it is worth emailing or calling to discuss the possibility.

Orders may be paid for in advance via PayPal*, cheque or cash. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on placement of large orders, the balance to be paid before delivery. Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellation or change of order otherwise full payment will be non-refundable.

To ensure your cakes arrive in the best possible condition, we prefer to hand deliver orders, or suggest that you collect. Delivery is free within a 3 mile radius of Solihull Town centre and also within Birmingham City Centre Shopping areas (weekdays only). Delivery to all other locations is available for a charge. Cupcakes are delivered in boxes with individual cake holders, however we still recommend delivery or personal collection as opposed to courier delivery or postage.

*3.75% will be added to the order total to cover fees.

We also offer gift vouchers and a selection of handmade gift cards to accompany orders. Cards are priced at £1.50
