The Cakes

Vanilla Cupcake Kitchen offers a range of delicious cupcake flavours topped with a swirl of butter icing and complimentary decoration. Cupcakes are available in standard or miniature size. The minimum order is one box of 6 standard or 24 miniature.

Each standard sized cake is baked in a plain white, black or brown case (depending on the cake flavour) with miniature cupcakes baked in a silver or gold foil case.

Each flavour of cake comes decorated as shown in the below photos, although we also offer a bespoke cake service in which alternative decorations, cake cases and wrappers may be requested to make your cakes truly unique.

The Flavours

At Vanilla Cupcake Kitchen we like to play around with all kinds of flavours, but with so many options to choose from we have kept things simple and offer the choice of our most popular flavours. However, in addition to these, keep an eye out for our special flavours of the month. Past seasonal flavours have included Christmas Cranberry and Orange, Mother's Day Rose Scented and Bonfire Night Toffee. Our promotions, new flavours and bespoke designs are announced on the home page and via Twitter and Facebook so keep an eye out!

Classic Vanilla

Enough said! Contains finest Madagascan vanilla essence. Icings in a rainbow of colour choices.


Chocolate Orange

Our indulgent version but with a hint of fresh oranges.


Moist Carrot

Made with carrots and a hint of orange. No raisins in this version! Topped with a cream cheese butter icing.



Oreo Cookie

With crumbled cookie throughout the sponge, a vanilla butter icing swirl, and a mini oreo on top.


Indulgent Chocolate

Made with chocolate containing minimum 75% cocoa, this rich butter icing tops a delicate sponge.


Baileys Chocolate

Our indulgent version but with a hint of the creamy Irish Whisky.


White Choc & Raspberry

A VCK favourite! Made with fresh raspberries, white choc chips and topped with a swirl of vanilla butter icing.



A delicate flavour of expresso topped with vanilla butter icing, this is a definite for coffee lovers. 


Red Velvet

Deep red sponge with a delicious cream cheese butter icing. A favourite with many cake fans!


Luscious Lemon

Made by adding fresh lemons to the cake and to the butter icing.



Made with juicy blueberries & topped with a vanilla butter icing, of which juices can be added for a vibrant violet effect.



Strawberry Victoria

Our take on the classic Victoria sponge. Jam through the centre and a rich swirl of butter icing on top.


Delicious Ingredients

All of our cupcakes are baked to order and we use only the freshest of ingredients paired with the finest products to create the cupcake flavours. We are proud to announce that we use free range eggs from our own chickens, and unless indicated, cakes do not contain any trace of nuts, and ingredients used are stored separate to nut products. Please advise if you have a nut allergy however as some sprinkles may have been in contact with nut products during manufacturing. We do not use soft cheese in our icings unless specified for a particular flavour (eg carrot cake and red velvet icings do contain soft cheese). Gluten free cupcakes are also available on request.

As only the freshest ingredients are used, we recommend eating the cakes within 3 days to truly appreciate the taste. Cakes may be stored in tins at room temperature.

All cakes contain sugar and calories but also happiness in every bite!
